Where We Started Our Business
Having always been based within St Helens, we have been in our current premises for more than 40 years. When Ernest Osborne Cottam first opened our doors in 1912, we were situated in a small terraced house which had been converted into a shop. Back then, we were predominately a fixing company who supplied just a small number of tiles. Over the next 100 years, our organisation grew massively - selling more and more tiles each year.
